Smaller businesses tend to have a more personal customer service.  The Yorkshire Cabs app is made up of small taxi companies and independent Hackney licenced businesses networking together and remaining independent. By working together they can create the largest taxi app network for people that want that traditional expertise.

We do this by listing smaller sized companies and comradeships of independent companies (drivers).  A listed town name is a comradeship of these independents based in that town. Customers choose their preferred company or independents town to pick them up.  If these drivers are unable to carry out this journey, the customer can then tick a box and ask any driver in the network.

Each company or comradeship promotes themselves to ensure their customer knows how to book them.  They may continue taking phone or face to face bookings for themselves.  This enables people who like to use phone apps to book directly with their preferred taxis.

Yorkshire Cabs will promote the brand name, the aims and how it benefits small businesses and their local communities.
